I have lived in Dorset for four years and in the South West of England all my life. I have been provided with many photographic opportunities to capture dramatic coastlines and countryside and I aim to make use of the dramatic light found at the beginning and end of the day and I hope I bring a sense of atmosphere to landscapes I am photographing.

I use only a polarizer and Neutral Density graduated filters to balance both saturation and exposure and I aim to present the landscape in an interesting way that is sympathetic to a location.

Photographing in Dorset means the nature of the region, the rocky Jurassic coastlines and rolling hills feature predominantly in my images

This site has been developed to be the showcase for my photography in and around the South West of England , more specifically Dorset where I live.

The galleries are regularly updated as new photographs become availible from my trips around the county and the British isles.
